My old English teacher just posted this on Facebook and I thought it would make a good article of the week. Not sure about the gimmicky script element, but it was interesting to think that here (England) our newspapers don't do things like this. There's no real competition between news outlets here, at least not as direct anyway. Perhaps this is a sign of how little they care for our custom?
Or maybe they're just too honest to do what Suraiya has described?
We all know which sounds more obvious, and it's certainly the in-thing to hate on newspapers and assume they're dishonest, but neither option would surprise me really.

NUFC
Sup guys!
First post in nearly a million years, and it'll be another short one. I can't be bothered to keep updating this shit now that I don't get paid as much, so you can keep having short posts. I'll now use this space to recommend my favourite articles of the week from around the world! I'll try to alternate between the light-hearted and the serious.
Here's this week's, which is firmly in the light-hearted category. It's a decent look at Newcastle United's recent fortunes and whether or not controversial owner Mike Ashley deserves a little credit.
